Given a context of continuous social, economical, technological and cultural change, the ability of social entrepreneurs to leverage change and innovate is becoming increasingly critical. Our project brings in cutting-edge tools from design to support them engage with change, innovate and create more impact.

In a world that is constantly changing, the ability of social entrepreneurs, social ventures and change makers of responding to change becomes critical. The context their venture addresses constantly changes and requires them to have the capacity to evaluate their impact and iterate their solution continuously. To face this challenge, we are developing a design tool for social entrepreneurs, social ventures and change makers to elastically re-frame problems, open up future possibilities and prototype lean concepts. Unlike other design capacity building methods, our tool is rooted in design innovation. The project is structured as a lab – the partners we collaborate and the cases we develop serve as evidence for a research in which insights and findings are openly shared.
